Off the Menu is a nonprofit program designed to empower emerging culinary talent by providing mentorship from industry leaders. Chefs and food entrepreneurs submit their concepts for a chance to be selected for a one-on-one mentorship with our esteemed board of directors. See more info here.

This program is for early-stage chefs, food and beverage entrepreneurs, or restaurateurs with a unique concept who are looking for expert guidance to bring their vision to life or elevate their business.

We welcome any food and beverage concept that is thoughtful, original, and has potential for impact - whether it’s a restaurant idea, a coffee shop, bar, multi-concept, pop-up experience, a ghost kitchen, or something entirely new.

Selected participants receive:
• Personalized mentorship from members of our Board of Directors
• Strategic feedback on concept, branding, operations, and more
• Networking opportunities within the hospitality industry
• Exposure through our website and social media platforms
• Cash prize of $5,000
