Chefs and food entrepreneurs submit their concepts for a chance to be selected for a one-on-one mentorship with our esteemed board of directors. We welcome any food and beverage concept that is thoughtful, original, and has potential for impact - whether it’s a restaurant idea, a coffee shop, bar, multi-concept, pop-up experience, a ghost kitchen, or something entirely new.

• Personalized mentorship from members of our Board of Directors
